You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus cost of shipping and the buyer will pay for return shipping.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and the returned merchandise must be in its original condition as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
